It’s about crafting a visual story that represents you as a couple, and creating a unique experience for your guests from the very first moment they receive a Save The Date. Last Colour Down brings that vision to life.
Meet the creative director
My name is Deirdre, graphic designer, stationery addict and creator of Last Colour Down.
After working in the design industry for 8 years, I wanted more creative control over what I was designing. In an increasingly digital world, the physicality of printed stationery was calling to me. Obsessed with all things stationery from a young age, it finally made sense that this is what I should be doing.
This passion shows through in my design-led stationery. A perfectly designed invitation shouldn’t need bells and whistles to stand out – there is beauty in simplicity. You won’t find any pearlescent paper here!
When I am not designing wedding stationery, you can find me spending time with my husband and son, doing lengths in the pool, or taking long walks by the Boyne with a hot coffee in hand!
